Bertrand’s has been deep rooted into the community as well as the fine dining scene and is located just across from Perry Square.

Some of Bertrand’s feats he has accomplished includes being Voted Erie’s “Best New Restaurant,” by the readers and Editors of the Erie Times News and taking 1st place at the “Preferred Erie’s Best Chef” Competition in 2005! The warm “bistro” feeling and gracious service are presided over by Bertrand Artigues and his wife, Lu-Ann. Bertrand is a trained Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation and has been trained under apprenticeship in his native country of France for three years. Since his certification he has gone on to become President for both the “Northwestern Chapter of the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association” and “A.C.F Lake Erie Chapter”.

In keeping with his high standards, Bertrand’s menu features a variety of entree’s employing fresh local meats and vegetables and using organic and Kosher ingredients whenever possible.
