  Matthew’s Trattoria, a local favorite for dinner, is also a great place for lunch. Amazing specials… I had Matt’s Salad with gorgonzola and his famous “crabby soup”….yum. The service is fast and impeccable making it perfect for a business lunch/meeting.

  This place rocks! The first time I went there I thought we teleported out of Erie. Matthew's is really cozy but at the same time stylish, open and it has a large city feel. Fabulous food and amazing drinks. I'd vote their martinis the best in town. The bartenders really know what they're doing.

  I can't say enough about the atmosphere though. When you're sitting with friends in one of their couches and sip on a delicious drink, the worries of the day just melt away. You have to go there and give Matthew's a try.

  I am one of the MANY patrons who are glad that Matthew is back. I have never had a bad experience there, whether it be in the restaurant or sipping a martini at the bar.
