the new Matthew's Trattoria & Martini Lounge: meet/sip/munch....chill is a popular local dining destination re-born with a fresh concept.

after having been in business for 14 years, chef matthew v. sarbak, c.w.c. decided to take some time off to re-think his business. with a suffering economy, he realized that serving expensive gourmet dinners wasn't the best way to pack the house.

six months later, in december 2009, he re-opened with most of his old staff in the same space, but with a new twist: smaller portions, smaller prices, smaller dining space. so far, it seems to be working.

former patrons will recognize the same high quality food prepared to order using only the freshest ingredients available.

new patrons will enjoy the laid-back, yet upscale urban atmosphere--the likes which have yet to be matched in the region.
