Restaurants go back about 250 years.
Online social networking, about 5 years.
Combining them begins now.
With diningverse, restaurants, patrons, and patrons' friends can interact with each other like never before. You can maintain a profile and share your dining experiences with others. Every time you recommend a restaurant, it'll be listed in your profile and people on your Buddy List will get an email with your comments and a link to that restaurant's profile.
By the way, diningverse is all about recommendations. The number of recommendations determines the relative quality of the restaurant profiles within the profile listings. This way you'll always see the best restaurants first.
There are no ads on diningverse - just restaurant and patron profiles. The restaurants on diningverse are all independently owned - no slick corporate descriptions written from a distant corporate office. You'll usually find all the key information about restaurants - including photos and the very latest menus and specials. In fact, many restaurants use their diningverse profile instead of having their own website.
There's actually much more to tell you about - check out our FAQs, or simply sign-up and start building your network of dining establishments and experiences. You'll learn about all of our features as you go.

With diningverse it's easy discover great local independently owned restaurants. You can browse your local area and see the most recommended restaurants (the Top Restaurants) or the most recently added restaurants (the Fresh Restaurants). You can see the latest recommendations from your friends on your diningverse home page and a recommendation is sent to your email every time one of your diningverse buddies leaves one.

When you want to leave a recommendation for a restaurant you like and this restaurant is not on diningverse, you can suggest the restaurant and we will add it to the local area where the restaurant is located. As the next step, just leave a recommendation for the restaurant.
